1. Booking and Payments

• Advance Payment: All advertising, sponsorship, and promotional slots must be paid in full before any scheduled airtime or website placement begins.

2. Live Broadcast & Station Format

• Station Tone and Banter: 2ndcity Radio is an entertainment and community platform. Programming may include live, unscripted segments, real-time listener interaction, and lighthearted on-air banter.
• Content Discretion: The station retains absolute editorial control over all broadcasts. While we aim to support our clients, live on-air interactions are spontaneous. Clients who choose to participate in live segments via Social Media whilst presenter is on air do so at their own consent 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Service Commencement: Once an advertisement has been placed on the website or has aired on a live broadcast, the service is deemed to have commenced.
• No Refunds After Airtime: No refunds will be issued for campaigns that have already started or aired, regardless of creative disagreements or changes in client preference.
